Herbs (leafs, flowers) have to be infused for 15minutes and covered in a mug, so that phytochemical can be extracted. Roots, berries and bark have to be decocted (boiled) for 15 minutes.

Aproximate cost of a bespoke herbal tincture is £55 per month (450ml).

Teas and powders are approximately £10-£15 per month.
